We do not process/ship items on the weekend so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while first class delivery (standard recorded delivery-royal mail) usually ships next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed so please allow 2-5 working days. Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day wherever possible – Any orders placed after the 2pm deadline will be shipped from mothership or designers warehouse the following working day. Please also note that the shipping rates are set to cover the packaging, handling and postage costs.
The delivery options are:
Delivery UK AND EUR- £3.99 (up to 5 working days) Via Royal Mail reordered Delivery- where most orders are received 1 working day after dispatch.
Delivery US AND CANADA - £5.99 (up to 7-10 working days) Via Royal Mail reordered Delivery- for overseas orders.
All events tickets/ Experiences are not charged delivery costs, but are charged a booking and admin fee.
If you order goods on the UK delivery Service, we will aim to deliver the goods within 4 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from the day on which the order was made where the order was placed no later than 2pm. We have set out estimated delivery times below as a guideline only. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times.
Orders placed before 2pm on Monday, estimated delivery time is Friday.
Orders placed before 2pm on Tuesday, estimated delivery time is the following Monday.
Orders placed before 2pm on Wednesday, estimated delivery time is the following Tuesday.
Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, estimated delivery time is the following Thursday.
Delivery is not possible over the weekend or on Bank Holidays.
Any delivery date stated is only a warranty by LALA to use reasonable endeavors to effect delivery by that date. No liability will be accepted by LALA-PLAY for failure to meet a stated delivery date. Products supplied by LALA are delivered at the risk of the Customer.
If a Product is damaged, within 72 hours of delivery; and if a Product has been lost or is not the full order within 48 hours of delivery. No claim for loss or damage will be allowed if the Customer claims outside the above time limit. We’ll notify you via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
The postal service we use is Royal Mail. If there is no-one in to take delivery they may attempt to leave it with a neighbor or in a safe, secure location. A card should be left to advise of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a new delivery date.
Please note that a signature may not always be required. Royal Mail have a great deal of experience dealing with Business to Consumer deliveries and therefore offer a very reliable service.
If you are not in to sign for a delivery, collection of the parcel is quick and easy. Royal Mail will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, giving a time after which you can collect it from your local sorting office. Your local sorting office will be closer than many courier depots. We felt this would be much more convenient for you.
Where we deliver
UK delivery includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
For deliveries to the rest of Europe (including Republic of Ireland) and USA, there is a maximum of 10 items allowed per order.
We currently offer delivery to the USA and countries within Europe.
USA/ CANADA – estimated delivery time is 7-14 working days.
We currently do not deliver to the following destinations due to individual country custom requirements;
Andorra, Canary Islands, Greenland, Gibraltar, Iceland, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and Vatican City State.
